3. The data we collect about you

3.1 Personal data, or personal information (used interchangeably), means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. 9.1.4 In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your data.

9.1.5 In some circumstances we will anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

9.1.6 When Neo Finance has no ongoing legitimate business need to process personal information, we will either delete or anonymise/de-identify it or, if this is not possible (for example, because the data has been stored in backup archives), Neo Finance will securely store the personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Our Services and Sites are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. Neo Finance does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.
