Evan brings 15 years of experience across Australia’s major banks, where he worked in senior lending roles and led large, high-performing teams. During this time, he approved and managed lending at scale and gained a clear view of how bank-driven advice often prioritised products over outcomes. Too many clients received loans without a clear structure, future plan, or understanding of how today’s decision would affect tomorrow’s options.

Neo Finance Group was built to solve this problem. Evan stepped away from the lender side of the table to focus on strategy. His work now centres on helping clients design lending structures that support long-term goals, protect borrowing power, and reduce risk as portfolios grow. The loan product is never the starting point. The strategy comes first, and the finance supports it.

In his first year as a mortgage broker, Evan was recognised with the Rising Star award for mortgage brokering. Mikayalah has been with Neo Finance Group since day one and plays a critical role in how clients experience the business. She brings a strong background in delivering world-class service to highly affluent clientele, where precision, responsiveness, and discretion matter. That experience shows in every interaction. She manages the flow of every application from initial document collection through to settlement. Lender follow-ups, client communication, and detail control all sit with her. Mikayalah also holds her Certificate IV in Mortgage Brokering, giving her a solid technical understanding of lending policy, structure, and compliance. He specialises in business lending, vehicle finance, and equipment finance for clients who want funding that supports day-to-day operations and long-term growth.
